Example itinerary
A father and son
A few days together built around the countryside, good food and a shared interest in the outdoors.
Norfolk & Suffolk, England · Three days

Some visits are less about seeing everything than having time together. This example combines country pursuits, wildlife, good food and time outdoors, drawing on carefully chosen places across Norfolk and Suffolk rather than following a fixed programme.
DAY ONE
Arrival and an evening outdoors
Arrive and settle into your accommodation before heading into the countryside for the evening. Depending on the season and your interests, that might mean watching deer on private ground, walking an estate as the light fades or simply spending a couple of quiet hours outdoors. Afterwards, return for dinner at a good country pub.
DAY TWO
A day in the countryside
After breakfast, spend the morning around a shared interest, perhaps fishing, clay shooting, wildlife or time on a Norfolk or Suffolk estate. Stop somewhere good for lunch, then take the afternoon at a different pace: exploring the Broads, visiting the coast or simply following whatever has caught your interest during the day.
DAY THREE
One last morning
Head out once more before breakfast or take a slower start. There might be an opportunity to return to somewhere visited earlier, explore another piece of countryside or simply enjoy a final walk before a leisurely lunch and the journey home.
