Example itinerary
A guest from overseas
A long weekend in rural England, personally arranged from arrival to departure.
Norfolk & Suffolk, England · Four days

For someone visiting from overseas, rural England can be surprisingly difficult to discover beyond the obvious destinations. This example brings together accommodation, local knowledge and personally arranged experiences across Norfolk and Suffolk, opening up a side of the countryside that would be difficult to find independently.
DAY ONE
Arrival in East Anglia
Travel into Norfolk and settle into carefully chosen accommodation. The first evening is deliberately unhurried: time to settle in, enjoy dinner and talk through the days ahead. If the weather and season suggest otherwise, plans can change.
DAY TWO
Deer and the Broads
Start early in private countryside, looking for deer as the landscape wakes. Return for breakfast and time to relax before spending the afternoon on the Norfolk Broads, perhaps under sail, on the river or exploring from the bank. Finish with dinner at a carefully chosen country pub or restaurant.
DAY THREE
Beyond the obvious
Spend the day somewhere most visitors would be unlikely to find for themselves. It might involve time on a Norfolk or Suffolk estate, fishing, a sporting day, wildlife or the coast. Leave room to linger somewhere memorable rather than rushing to the next stop.
DAY FOUR
A slow departure
Enjoy breakfast without rushing. Depending on onward plans, there may still be time for a walk, a last look at the river or lunch before departure. Local transport and onward travel can be arranged where required.
